Seafood seasoning, gluten-free

Shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked

  1. Add onion and olive oil to large sauté pan until translucent.
  2. Add celery, bell peppers, zucchini, parsley, tomatoes, seasoning and spices; simmer approx. 10 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and simmer an additional 5 minutes or until shrimp are thoroughly heated.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in yogurt and serve.

  • Serve over 1/2 cup brown rice if desired. Note nutrition information will change.
