A super fun part of my job is to oversee our seasonal trends photoshoots. A talented team of photographers, food stylists, and prop stylists work with me on pulling this all together. It's a very fun and creative way to spend the day playing with food.
Our culinary team is always watching food trends and we work on creating a few quarterly recipes tapping into the latest food buzz. Once we have our recipes, we get to work on photographing them.
