Fall Trends 2018

This Fall we are showcasing the versatility of Pupusas from El Salvador for a trending Central American flare. The beloved middle eastern dessert Baklava gets a new spin with puff pastry and comfort classics are highlighted with nostalgic bars from Grandma, a delicious mocktail, and a cannoli with savory filling.

Baklava Bites - Jessie Kordosky 

Beloved Baklava gets revamped into three delicious flavors and forms using our puff pastry dough. From cranberry walnut, chocolate coconut, and apricot pistachio, these little beauties are sure to add some fun and variety to any dessert menu.

Pupusas - Nancy Maurer 

Pupusas are a popular El Salvador menu item and for good reason: not only are they delicious, but they are highly customizable leaving room for endless filling possibilities. Here we use biscuit as the dough creating a flaky, golden and slightly crunchy wrap.
