Crispy Biscuit Flatbreads


Roll out frozen dough biscuits and bake in ultra-thin sheets for cracker-like crisps.


  1. Thaw biscuit pucks, covered, for 20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Roll out as thinly as possible without tearing dough.
  3. Place rolled-out biscuit dough onto parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  4. Bake according to recipe instructions.
