Hosted by General Mills Foodservice, the Pillsbury Creative Cake Decorating Competition is known as one of baking’s most prestigious competitions. Come to booth #5847 in the North Hall to see 6 teams of elite Cake Decorating professionals compete in four categories: wedding cake, rolled fondant, buttercream, and a hyper-realistic “Everything is Cake” category. The highest-scoring team, as determined by a panel of judges, will be awarded the coveted Pillsbury Bakers’ Plus Grand Champion Trophy.
