Nourishing Inspirations™ were created to provide health professionals and their clients with practical, delicious recipes that balance nutrition recommendations from the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, leading health organizations and information that is readily available on the nutrition facts panel. Nutrition information for these recipes is based on a 2,000-calorie diet and depending on the type of recipe, includes guidelines for calories, sodium, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat and total sugars.
