General Mills Foodservice is helping foodservice operations offer a “simply better” yogurt with the rollout of Oui by Yoplait®. The new yogurt, inspired by Yoplait’s traditional French recipe, starts with simple, non-GMO ingredients like whole milk and real fruit poured and individually cultured in glass pots for eight hours. The result is a satisfyingly thick, subtly sweet, fresh-tasting yogurt.
“Oui gives foodservice operations an exciting new yogurt option for consumers who are increasingly seeking out real food, crafted with simple yet premium ingredients,” said Chef Gilles Stassart with the General Mills’ Culinary team. “In addition to a remarkable eating experience, Oui’s packaging featuring glass pots stands out on the shelf and communicates quality and simplicity.”
