Scale water and mix into mixer. Mix 3 min on low, scrape down. Add water on low and mix until smooth, about 1 min, scrape down. Mix 2 min on med. Add water and oil on low, mix until smooth, about 1 min, scrape down. Mix 2 min on low. Bake at 360° F, standard oven, 24-28 min.
