Place water and mix in bowl. Mix 1 min on low. Scrape bowl. Mix 3 min on med. Fold in additional ingredients as desired. Scale batter into prepared pan (tube type, loaf or muffin). Bake at 360° F, conventional oven, 36-40 min.
