Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix
  2. Dough temp: 70°F
  3. Floor time: allow dough to rest 15-20 mins
  4. Processing: spot in from 2-5oz of roll-in shortening
  5. Any one or combination of butter, margarine, and mulsified shortening may be used as roll-in shortening
  6. Give dough a series of multiple folds as is customary in the handling of danish
  7. Proof: light after make-up
  8. Bake at 380-390° F
