Preparation Instructions

Mix. Dough temp: 70°F. Floor time: allow dough to rest 15-20 mins. Processing: spot in from 2-5oz of roll-in shortening. Any one or combination of butter, margarine, and mulsified shortening may be used as roll-in shortening. Give dough a series of multiple folds as is customary in the handling of danish. Proof: light after make-up. Bake at 380-390° F.
