Mix for 1 min on low, then 10-12 mins on med until dough is smooth, dry and pliable. Dough temp: 80° F. Rest: 45-60 min. Make-up: divide, block or strip. Rest: 10-15 min. Cut into desired size and type. Proof: place donuts in proofer 30-40 min. Fry at 375° F.
