Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix for 1 min on low, then 10-12 mins on med until dough is smooth, dry and pliable
  2. Dough temp: 80° F
  3. Rest: 45-60 min
  4. Make-up: divide, block or strip
  5. Rest: 10-15 min
  6. Cut into desired size and type
  7. Proof: place donuts in proofer 30-40 min
  8. Fry at 375° F
