Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix 1 min on low
  2. Mix on med until dough is dry, smooth and pliable
  3. Dough temp: 80° F
  4. Fermentation: 45 mins
  5. Make-up: block and let rest for 15 mins, then make into desired product
  6. Proof: give full proof with just enough moisture to prevent crusting
  7. Fry at 375° F
