Cinnamon and diced apples sizzle in whole-grain pancakes on the griddle. Irresistible.

Gold Medal™ Whole Grain Complete Pancake Mix (31527)

Cinnamon, ground
2 Tbsp
Pour water and apples into mixing bowl. Add pancake mix and cinnamon.
Mix using whisk until batter is blended and smooth. Do not overmix.
Deposit 2 oz batter onto preheated griddle set at 375°F.
Grill 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancake puffs, is golden brown and edges begin to dry.
Canned apples may be substituted for fresh apples, just drain and dice before using.
