Bacon's smoky flavors are a fabulous match in a tender biscuit that's served with a sweet orange marmalade butter.

Biscuit
  1. Pour milk into mixing bowl. Add sugar, corn meal, and biscuit mix.
  2. Mix using a rubber spatula approx. 30 strokes or until soft dough forms.
  3. Add chopped bacon; mix until combined.
  4. Place dough, using a #24 scoop, 2-inches apart on parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  5. Bake as directed below and keep warm.
