Boneless chicken breasts marinate in Mountain Highâ„¢ Original Style Plain Yoghurt, parmesan and parsely before baking. Served with cucumber-mint couscous and Brussels sprouts, it's a memorable meal.

Lemon juice, no sugar added

Salt-free seasoning

Marinade
  1. Combine yoghurt, parmesan, parsley and seasoning in large bowl.
  2. Add chicken and massage marinade into chicken until thoroughly covered; cover bowl and refrigerate for 12-24 hours before baking.
Chicken
  1. Place chicken breasts side by side on parchment-lined sheet pan; discard remaining marinade.
  2. Bake as directed below or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Couscus
  1. Mix couscous, cucumbers, mint and lemon juice in large stainless bowl using spatula;.
  2. Stir until thoroughly combined and keep cold until serving.
Brussel Sprouts
  1. Add Brussel sprouts to heavily sprayed sheet pan; add seasoning and mix until evenly coated.
  2. Bake as directed below or until internal temperature reaches 135°F, stirring regularly to brown evenly.
