Raspberry Syrup
  1. Add fruit spread and honey to small saucepan; warm over low heat, stirring occasionally until fully combined.
  2. Remove pan from heat; warm before serving.
Pancakes
  1. Mix flax milk and banana puree in mixing bowl using whisk until well combined.
  2. Add pancake mix; whisk until batter is blended and smooth.
  3. Fold in flax seeds until just combined.
  4. Deposit 0.5 oz batter onto lightly greased 375°F griddle.
  5. Cook 1-1/2 minutes on each side or until puffed and golden brown with edges beginning to dry.
  6. Serve 3 warm pancakes and 2 oz warm syrup.
