Smooth, tangy Mountain Highâ„¢ Yoghurt complements the aromatic spices in a traditional, Indian-inspired chicken dish.

Cucumbers, thinly sliced

Marinade
  1. Combine yoghurt and dry spices (garlic, cumin, sriracha, turmeric, garam masala and black pepper) in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add chicken and massage together for 30 seconds.
Assembly
  1. Heat olive oil and onions in sauté pan on medium heat; cook until onions are clear.
  2. Add tomatoes and serrano peppers and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken and marinade; simmer for 30-45 minutes until chicken is cooked and sauce consistency is achieved. Note: Yoghurt should curdle slightly around chicken.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in cilantro.
Serving
  1. Place 4 oz scoop (#8 scoop) steamed rice on plate; cover with 5.5 oz scoop (#8 scoop) chicken mixture.
  2. Garnish with 2 oz finely sliced cucumbers and serve.
