Chocolate times three: A chocolate muffin with chocolate chips has a gooey hot fudge center that oozes out when you cut into it.

Hot fudge topping

  1. Spray muffin cups and top of jumbo muffin pan generously with cooking spray.
  2. Place 1 frozen muffin puck into each muffin cup. Thaw 5-10 minutes.
  3. Press thawed muffin puck into bottom of muffin cup to completely cover.
  4. Add approx. 1.5 oz hot fudge topping using #30 scoop.
  5. Press second muffin puck between hands to flatten slightly and place over hot fudge topping.
  6. Bake as directed below; cool lava cakes 15-20 minutes before removing from pan and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
