All the flavors of a cinnamon roll in a smoothie? It's true! Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt and just a few ingredients stir together -- no blender needed!

Apple juice, unsweetened, chilled
2 lb 3.00 oz

Cinnamon, ground
4 Tbsp
Applesauce, unsweetened, chilled
2 lb 4.00 oz

  1. Combine yogurt, apple juice and 4 Tbsp cinnamon in 8 quart or larger measurement-marked food storage container; stir until well mixed.
  2. Add 2 cups applesauce at a time and stir each in until smooth.
  3. Verify finished smoothie yields 4 quarts (16 cups) so each serving contains 1/2 cup fruit; add additional applesauce if needed.
  4. Portion 8 oz into 9 oz serving cup, placing lids on; refrigerate until serving.

  • Tip: Fill cups using the portioned one as a visual guide for remaining servings. Prepare smoothies ahead of time if desired and refrigerate overnight.
