A honey-sweet yogurt sauce makes a creamy and deliciously fat-free topper for pancakes.

  1. Mix all ingredients except berries in small mixing bowl using whisk or rubber spatula until mixture is smooth and well blended.
  2. Store covered in refrigerator until use.
  3. Stir in berries just before serving.

  • Use 1 Tbsp per pancake as a topping. Any type of fresh or frozen berries will work. Fruit will cause the sauce to thin as it stands under refrigeration. For best results, stir fruit in just before serving. Discard prepared sauce after 24 hours.
