Make a better brownie! Swirl a sweet cream cheese mixture into yummy brownies for a fabulous dessert bar.

Servings: 64 servings (1 serving = 2x3-inch bar)

Water, hot approx. 120°F

Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. Combine cream cheese and sugar in mixer bowl fitted with a paddle attachment.
  2. Mix on medium speed 1 minute; stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Mix on medium speed additional 1 minute; add eggs one at a time, until each is incorporated.
  4. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix on low speed additional 1 minute.
Batter
  1. Combine water and brownie mix per package directions; deposit into greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  2. Place dollops of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter; swirl lightly together using small metal spatula or knife.
  3. Bake as directed below and keep bars refrigerated after cooling.
