Creamy Broccoli and Cranberry Salad

Fresh broccoli florets, dried cranberries and sunflower seeds mixed with a sweet and tangy yogurt dressing.

Light mayonnaise

  1. Combine broccoli, diced onions, cranberries and sunflower seeds in large bowl.
  2. Stir together yogurt, vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise and milk in separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Keep refrigerated (at <41°F) and serve 1/2 cup portions.
