A new twist on a traditional kid favorite is served with a chipotle yogurt sauce in a tortilla.

Cabbage coleslaw mix, green & purple w/ carrots

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Prep
  1. Bake fish sticks according to package directions; heat to >145°F for at least 15 seconds and hold at >135°F until service.
  2. Add chipotle peppers in adobo sauce container of food processor; blend until completely liquified.
  3. Combine yogurt and buttermilk; add chipotle peppers and stir until combined.
  4. Pour sauce into squeeze bottles; keep refrigerated <41°F until needed.
Service
  1. Place 3 warm fish sticks in tortilla and add 2 Tbsp coleslaw mix.
  2. Serve with 3 oz yogurt chipotle sauce and 1 lime wedge; garnish with 2 tsp chopped cilantro.

  • Substitute whole grain tortillas if desired. Note nutrition information may change.
