Water, cool approx. 72°F

Semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 lb 12.00 oz

  1. Combine butter and sugar in mixer bowl using paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes.
  2. Add eggs and water; mix on low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Add cake mix; mix on low speed 1 minute.
  4. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add chocolate chips and mix on low speed just until incorporated, approx. 30 seconds.
  5. Deposit #20 scoop of dough in 3x4 pattern onto greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  6. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
