Citrus marinade flavors flank steak that's grilled and sliced for tacos, with an out-of-this-world Mountain Highâ„¢ Original Style Plain Yoghurt cilantro-lime sauce.

Corn tortillas, small, no added salt, warmed

Multi-colored bell peppers, fine julienne, raw

Marinade
  1. Massage lime juice, garlic and seasoning on flank steak until evenly coated.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 12+ hours.
Cilantro Lime Sauce
  1. Whisk together yoghurt, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest and garlic in mixing bowl until combined; keep refrigerated.
Kale Topping
  1. Toss kale, lime juice and olive oil in large bowl; keep refrigerated.
Assembly
  1. Grill steak on both sides until reaching desired temperature >145°F.
  2. Allow to rest for 1 minute, then slice steak on the bias.
  3. Add 2 oz sliced steak in each 4-inch corn tortilla; add 1/4 cup Kale Topping.
  4. Top with 1/8 cup julienned pepper mix, 1 Tbsp onion and 1 Tbsp drizzle of Cilantro Lime Sauce. Repeat assembly and serve 2 tacos per portion.
