Fudge Brownie Crinkle Cookies

A classic treat starts with a brownie mix, gets a powdered sugar coating, and ends as a cookie with a tender crunch on the outside and a soft and chocolaty inside.

  1. Add water and brownie mix to mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment; mix on low speed 30 seconds.
  2. Scrape bowl and paddle; mix on low speed additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add powdered sugar to separate bowl; drop #30 scoop of dough in and roll to evenly coat.
  4. Place in 4x6 pattern on greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans; bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
