Honey

Chili powder

Kosher salt

Slaw

Jicama, fresh, peeled, julienned
9 lb
30 cups
Red bell peppers, fresh, julienned
12 oz
2 cups
Green onions, fresh, sliced
8 oz
1 cup
Mandarin orange segments, canned, drained
1 lb 0.50 oz
3 3/4 cups
  1. Mix dressing ingredients in mixing bowl with rubber spatula until well blended.
  2. Set aside in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Toss slaw ingredients together in another mixing bowl.
  4. Add chilled dressing to slaw mixture just before serving and mix well to coat.
