Gluten-Free Cranberry Coast Catsup
Make a tangy addition to gluten-free catsup -- add cranberries for a sweet-tart taste.

Cranberry sauce, canned, jellied

Gluten-free tomato ketchup

Dried cranberries

2 cups
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large sauce pot, stirring often.
Reduce to low heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Serve 1 oz ladle of Cranberry Coast Catsup drizzled on top of Gluten-Free Mini Turkey Meatloaves (see separate recipe).
