Brownie Batter
  1. Prepare brownie batter according to cake brownie direction.
  2. Deposit batter using a #70 scoop into greased or lined mini muffin pans.
Pumpkin Cream Batter
  1. Place cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin and spice in a mixer bowl with a paddle attachment; mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle. Add eggs and vanilla slowly until each is incorporated, while mixing on medium speed.
  3. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; mix on low speed for an additional minute.
  4. Spoon pumpkin cream batter into a piping bag; cut a 1/4-inch opening in tip and swirl batter (approx. 0.3 oz) on top of brownie batter.
  5. Bake as directed below.
