Sweeten up tender corn muffins with honey and grated orange zest.

  1. Pour water, buttermilk, honey and orange zest into mixing bowl; whisk together.
  2. Add muffin mix; whisk until batter is smooth (batter will be thick).
  3. Deposit batter using #10 scoop into greased standard-size muffin pans and bake as directed below.
