Garlic and herb spreadable cheese is the base of this creamy sauce that brings cheesy flavor to these Parmesan Biscuit Fries without the extra work of making a roux.

Creamy Garlic and Herb Sauce
  1. Heat cream in a small saucepan to a simmer; whisk in spreadable cheese.
  2. Whisk together until melted; keep warm.
Biscuit Fries
  1. Place frozen biscuit puck vertically and carefully cut into 4, thin slices approx. 1/4-inch thick.
  2. Stack slices, then cut into 4 lengthwise strips, creating 16 fries.
  3. Preheat oil to 350°F and deep fry approx. 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside; drain.
  4. Transfer Biscuit Fries to a large bowl; sprinkle with salt and toss with olive oil to coat.
  5. Add garlic and toss again to coat.
Assembly
  1. Place 16 Biscuit Fries onto serving plate; pour 1/4 cup warm Creamy Garlic and Herb Sauce over top.
  2. Add 0.33 oz (2 tsp) freshly grated Parmesan and 1 tsp chives; serve immediately.

  • Plate multiple portions together as desired for sharing. Note nutritional information may change.
  • Freshly-grated Parmesan mounds nicely over the top of the fries. Regular pre-grated sometimes sinks to the bottom.
