A buttery dough starts with Gold Medalâ„¢ Yellow Cake Mix, walnuts and coconut, and it's layered with a luscious raspberry filling and a crumble topping.

Shredded coconut

Raspberry pie filling, prepared

  1. Combine cake mix, butter, walnuts and coconut in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix ingredients together until butter is well incorporated and mixture is crumbly.
  3. Press 5 lb of the mixture evenly into a greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan. Set aside remaining crumb mixture.
  4. Cover pan with parchment and add another full sheet pan; press evenly and remove.
  5. Spread raspberry filling evenly on top of the crumb mixture.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly on top of filling and bake as directed below.
