Brown sugar, packed

Cinnamon, ground

Butter, softened

Muffin Batter

Pumpkin puree, canned

Gold Medal™ Basic Muffin Mix (11432)

Pumpkin pie spice
3 Tbsp
Raisins, soaked, drained*
10 oz
2 cups
Oatmeal Topping
Add all ingredients in mixing bowl; stir until topping is crumbly.
Set aside until needed.
Batter
Combine water and pumpkin in large mixing bowl; add muffin mix and spice and stir until smooth.
Fold in raisins; deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
Sprinkle on 1 Tbsp Oatmeal Topping and bake as directed below; allow to cool before serving.

*Soak raisins in warm water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
