Bite into tender Pillsbury™ Pie Dough filled with luscious raspberry jam, if you dare. Coffin-shaped mini pies are a frighteningly irresistible Halloween snack.

Prep
  1. Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temperature 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Whisk egg and water together in small bowl; set aside.
Assembly
  1. Cut each pie sheet into 12 rectangles (2x6 pattern), for a total of 24 pieces.
  2. Place 12 pieces on prepared sheet pan; brush edges with egg wash.
  3. Spread 1 Tbsp raspberry jam down center; top with another dough rectangle.
  4. Cut triangles off all 4 corners to resemble a coffin.
  5. Crimp edges with fork to seal, brush tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Bake as directed below until flaky and golden brown.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 5 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Allow hand pies to cool slightly.
  2. Get creative and pipe icing in cobweb shape in one corner and a spider on the bottom.
