Roasted Garlic Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

Black pepper, coarsely ground

  1. Place garlic, anchovies, and oil in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth (unused anchovies can be stored if covered in oil and sealed airtight, in refrigerator).
  2. Remove to large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Serve immediately or hold under refrigeration until ready to serve.
