Layer turkey and provolone in Pillsbury's Bestâ„¢ Puff Pastry Sheets, roll and slice for flaky, perfect sandwich spirals.

Prep
  1. Thaw puff pastry sheet on sprayed, parchment-lined sheet pan.
  2. Whisk 1 egg and 2 Tbsp water in small bowl and brush edges of pastry with egg wash.
  3. Reserve remaining egg wash for assembly.
Assembly
  1. Leave a 1/4-inch strip open along one long edge and cover remaining pastry evenly with turkey and provolone slices.
  2. Roll towards open strip into a tight pinwheel; turn seam to bottom and rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Slice into 16 pieces; place flat side down on parchment-lined sheet pan (leaving 1/2-inch spacing between).
  4. Brush tops of slices with remaining egg wash.
  5. Bake as directed below and serve warm.
