Sambal chili garlic sauce

Prep
  1. Thaw puff pastry dough squares, covered, at room temperature 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Whisk egg and water together in small bowl; set aside.
Assembly
  1. Combine scrambled eggs, ham, cheese and chili garlic sauce in large mixing bowl.
  2. Spread #20 scoop (approx. 1.5 oz) of mixture on half of dough square.
  3. Brush edges of dough with beaten egg; fold dough over filling and press firmly to seal.
  4. Cut 4, 1/2-inch slits horizontally along the sealed edge; stretch and bend dough slightly to separate into claw shape.
  5. Place on parchment-lined sheet pan and bake as directed below until flaky; serve warm.
