Pillsbury™ Frozen Pie Dough Rounds form the crust for individual egg and smoked turkey breakfast pizzas.

Prep
  1. Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temp. 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Uncover and pinch outside edges to form 1/2-inch ridge to contain the toppings, all the way around.
Assembly
  1. Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in mixing bowl with wire whisk.
  2. Cut turkey slice into thick strips and place on pie dough; add 2 Tbsp cheddar cheese and 1 1/2 Tbsp tomatoes.
  3. Pour in 1.5 oz of egg mixture and top with 1 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake as directed below until egg is set and crust is crispy; serve warm.
