The Lodging Cheerios Box Operator Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on Oct 19, 2017 and ends 11:59 PM CT on November 17, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
To enter, Lodging Channel Foodservice Operators may go to http://info.generalmillsfoodservice.com/Personalized_Cheerios_Sweepstakes to complete and submit the entry form (“Entry”), including first name, last name, mailing address, and email address to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per Lodging Channel Foodservice Operator. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT on November 17, 2017 to be eligible. Entries received from any person, e-mail address or Lodging Channel Foodservice operation in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entry is not valid unless information requested is completely and accurately submitted and entry complies with these Official Rules. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs, script, macro or any other means which subvert the entry process will void any such entries and will result in such entrant’s disqualification. Entries are the property of General Mills and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Sweepstakes is open only to any individual legal resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who is 18 years of age or older and an employee and representative of a Lodging Channel Foodservice Operator (as defined below) at time of entry. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Lodging Channel Foodservice Operator” shall mean a foodservice operator not purchasing under contract. Foodservice operators purchasing under contract include those purchasing under a bid or as part of a group purchasing organization or a food management company. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not an employee and representative of a Lodging Channel Foodservice Operator, if entering this Sweepstakes is in violation of your employer’s policies or if you are not a resident of, and located within, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of General Mills and its respective parents, subsidiaries, and other affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or persons residing in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

No substitutions, transfer, assignment or cash equivalents of prize, except at General Mills’ sole discretion. General Mills reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any and all costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by General Mills. The awarding of prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per Operator. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Ten (10) ) potential winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period, on or about November 19 2017. Potential winners will be notified by phone or e-mail on or about November 19 and will not be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant represents that his or her receipt of the prize does not violate the policies of the employing Lodging Channel Foodservice Operator. If the Lodging Channel Foodservice Operator that employs entrant has a policy that prevents employee’s receipt of any prize or if Lodging Channel Foodservice Operator otherwise objects to entrant’s receipt of any prize, the prize shall be forfeited and at General Mill’s sole discretion an alternate winner may be selected, or the prize shall be awarded in the name of the business where entrant is employed. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the above documents within the required time period or prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the sole discretion of General Mills, an alternate winner may be selected.
By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Winners agree that (except where prohibited) General Mills may use winner’s name, picture, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or notification to, or permission from entrant or any third party. General Mills and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, promotional and advertising agencies, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support of the Sweepstakes, and prize suppliers, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, members, shareholders, assigns and agents (collectively, Released Parties”) shall have no liability and shall be held harmless for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, delayed, destroyed, garbled or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by General Mills, entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries which may damage a user’s system or limit an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. General Mills reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, General Mills reserves the right to award prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such action. General Mills may prohibit an individual from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other entrants or General Mills representatives. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email for the domain addresses associated with the submitted address. Sweepstakes void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Except where prohibited, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GENERAL MILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING SEEKING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
