Why can’t I download all of the products on the results page at one time?
You can select up to 15 product nutrition information results to download at one time to prevent long download time. If you need to download more than 15, simply go back to the results page and select the next 15 products. Repeat as many times as necessary.
Are the results in any particular order?
No, the results are not in any particular order.
Why aren’t variety packs included in the nutrition information results?
Variety packs include more than one product with different nutritional information per product. Please refer to each individual product in a variety pack for all accurate and current nutritional information. Search for each individual flavor to get the specific nutritional information.
Why can I see the product on the site, but it doesn’t show up in my search results?
The product nutrition information for some products are currently not available. Please check back soon for updated information.
Why did my search fail?
Searches fail because either the server timed out because it was taking too long or or due to an issue with the search query.
Why don’t I get results when I enter a product code?
Confirm your product code is valid. You can search for a product by entering either a full or partial product code or UPC. You cannot search by GTIN in the tool at this time.
Why is the button to download K12 crediting letters on the results page not clickable?
Not all products have the K12 crediting letters. If it’s not clickable this means the products selected in your search results do not have any K12 crediting letters associated with them.
Why are the K12 crediting letters a separate download?
The K12 crediting letters are a separate document and download because not every product has a K12 crediting letter associated with it.
