Strawberries, fresh, thinly sliced

Gluten-free chocolate sauce

Muddy Buddies
  1. Place cereal in large mixing bowl; set aside.
  2. Place chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter, uncovered, into microwavable bowl.
  3. Microwave 1 minute on high; stir.
  4. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth; stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated; pour into 1 gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
  6. Pour powdered sugar into bag with cereal mixture.
  7. Seal bag and shake until well coated.
  8. Spread on parchment paper to cool.
Assembly
  1. Pipe 4 oz (1/2 cup) of yogurt into each of 32, 5 oz cups.
  2. Arrange 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries on top of yogurt layer.
  3. Divide Muddy Buddies evenly across the top of the strawberries and yogurt.
  4. Drizzle 1/4 tsp of chocolate sauce over the top of each parfaits. Serve chilled.
