The Missing Ingredient

Business is booming in the foodservice and baking industry. People are willing to pay $5 for a pastry and $10 or more for a sandwich. There is one thing that is missing from all of this: the labor to produce it all. Now that’s a problem and It’s becoming an increasing struggle not just to find skilled labor, but labor period.

Preparing fresh scratch baked goods can be a physically demanding job. It requires attention to detail, being on your feet long hours, lots of lifting, working with heavy machines etc. It’s not at all glamorous and romantic like what you may see on TV. It really isn’t.

One of the privileges I have as a Corporate Chef is traveling this great country and meeting operators like yourselves grinding it out every day. I listen to pains and the passion that is part of your everyday life in your operation. More importantly I like to see how I can provide a solution that will make your job easier and most profitable.

One of those solutions is to offer products that are tasty, incredibly easy to use at your operation. The overall goal is to satisfy patrons, drive traffic and increase your bottom line. Oh and BTW we offer a boatload of products like that.

Now I don’t want to come off like I’m trying to sell you anything because that’s not what I do, nor do I want to. But I do stand behind our Freezer to Oven Pillsbury products. The beauty of it all is that you don’t have to be a Rockstar pastry chef like myself to work with them. Seriously you don’t!

These low labor solutions will be a great fit in restaurants, cafeterias, as grab ‘n go items, in catering and other foodservice operations. Take a look at some of the simple ideas I have specifically created with you in mind.

Catch ya Later.
