“I love the opportunity to train and inspire others, whether it’s educating our sales force in the culinary center or getting out in the field and working alongside our customers.”

Chef Ted Osorio has no shortage of creativity or personality while in the kitchen. Known for one-of-a-kind recipes, Chef Ted serves up new takes on old classics with a dash of sass and a heaping helping of charm. A Certified Pastry Chef, his work has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation.

Chef Ted leads General Mills Foodservice’s culinary activity with Aramark and works to inspire commercial, college, and university foodservice customers. This includes conducting training, developing menu concepts, and sharing product information. Chef Ted’s informative videos and entertaining blog posts demonstrate product versatility and exemplify how to make the most of on-hand ingredients.

When joining the Chefs of the Mills in 2005, Chef Ted already had more than 30 years of experience working with hotels, fine-dining restaurants, catering, and non-commercial businesses.
