Preparation Instructions

  2. Dough temp: 80° F
  3. Fermentation: 45-60 min
  4. Make-up: block and let rest for 15 min, then make into desired product
  5. Proof: give full proof with just enough moisture to prevent crusting
  6. Fry at 375° F
