Bacon, cheddar and spinach perk up easy-to-serve quiches in Pillsbury™ Frozen Pie Dough Rounds.

Chopped spinach, frozen, thawed, squeezed dry

Prep
  1. Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temp. 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
Filling
  1. Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.
  2. Add bacon, spinach and cheese; stir well to combine.
Assembly
  1. Press pie dough, sticky side up, into bottom and up sides of 12 greased jumbo muffin cups.
  2. Pour approx. 1 cup filling mixture into each crust.
  3. Bake as directed; test doneness with knife that removes clean from center of quiche.
  4. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan and serve warm.
