A simple pot pie filling starts with condensed soup and chicken, and it's topped with herbed Pillsbury™ Frozen Dough Whole Grain-Rich Biscuits.

Pan spray, butter-flavored
Parsley, fresh, chopped

Filling
  1. Add soup, milk and pepper to mixing bowl; stir until combined.
  2. Stir in cheese, chicken and mixed vegetables; pour into greased 2-inch full steam table pan and cover with foil.
  3. Heat in 350°F convection oven for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F; keep warm.
Topping
  1. Thaw biscuit dough, covered, at room temperature 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Place thawed biscuit dough on parchment-lined full sheet pan; evenly with pan spray and prick each biscuit 4 times with tines of fork.
  3. Sprinkle evenly with parsley; place greased parchment paper over top and add additional sheet pan weight.
  4. Bake in 350°F convection oven for 8-10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown; keep warm.
  5. Serve 2 - #8 scoops (8 oz total) of filling on serving dish; top with 1 biscuit and serve warm.

  • Serve with sides such as spinach salad with mandarin oranges and strawberries, applesauce and milk if desired.
