Chicken, cooked, shredded

Crumb Topping
  1. Place 1/4 of each of the crumb topping ingredients into bowl of a food processor; grind ingredients to a fine crumbly texture.
  2. Repeat until all crumb topping is blended; set aside until assembly.
Filling
  1. Melt butter in a large, heavy bottom pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions to melted butter; cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
  3. Crush cereal; add to pot and stir until combined. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, broth and milk and stir until well blended.
  4. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring frequently.
  5. Add mixed vegetables, potatoes and chicken to thickened sauce; stir until combined and remove from heat.
  6. Pour chicken mixture into a greased full size steam table pan (12x20x2 1/2 inches); spread crumb topping evenly over chicken mixture.
  7. Serve 25 portions warm.
