Prep
  1. Thaw pie dough covered, until flexible; 15-30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Score corners 1 1/2 to 2-inches diagonally; fold sides over and back to mark edges.
Filling
  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and cardamom in large bowl; add peaches, nectarines and blackberries.
  2. Toss gently until fruit is evenly coated.
  3. Place peach and nectarine slices diagonally in rows on dough; begin in 1 corner, keeping edges clear, and overlap fruit slightly.
  4. Fill gaps with blackberries; fold edges of dough up to form crust, pinching as you go.
Finishing
  1. Brush edge of dough with water; sprinkle with coarse sugar.
  2. Combine honey, orange juice, orange zest and salt in small bowl; drizzle evenly over fruit.
  3. Bake as directed below until crust is golden and fruit is bubbling.

Garnish
