A creamy cinnamon and nutmeg custard is poured over frozen biscuits and refrigerated overnight, to bake up sweet and caramely the next morning.

Prep
  1. Place frozen biscuits in single layer in greased 2-inch deep hotel pan.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in mixing bowl with whisk until well blended.
  3. Pour egg mixture over biscuits; cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight.
Assembly
  1. Remove from refrigerator; sprinkle brown sugar and almonds evenly over top.
  2. Bake as directed below, or until knife inserted in center is clean; allow to cool slightly before serving.
