Sugar cookie dough is portioned for tiny, bite-sized cookies that are rolled in cinnamon sugar before they are baked.

Cinnamon, ground

  1. Cut cookie pucks into quarters and thaw slightly 5-10 minutes.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Place cookie puck quarters in cinnamon sugar a few at a time and toss to coat well.
  3. Place mini cookies upright on parchment-lined full sheet pan in 6x8 pattern.
  4. Bake as directed below and cool completely before serving.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 3 minutes of baking.
